The Riot ID and region you enter are sent to our backend, which forwards them to the Riot Games API to retrieve the requested account, match, and ranked data. That data is returned to your browser and displayed. It is not retained afterwards.
We rely on the following third parties to operate the Service:
As we are based in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. We process the limited data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in providing the lookup you actively requested and in keeping the Service secure and operational. The processing is minimal, transient, and limited to what is necessary to answer your request.
Riot Games operates globally and may process the requested data outside the EU (including in the United States). By using the Service to query Riot's API, the data necessary for your lookup is transferred to Riot under their own safeguards and privacy terms.
We do not retain the data you submit on our side. It exists only for the moment needed to fulfil your request. Transient server logs that may contain your IP address are handled by our hosting provider (Vercel) according to their retention practices, and are used only for operating and securing the Service.
The single exception is the last Riot ID and region you looked up, which is kept in your own browser's local storage to keep you signed in. It remains there until you sign out, clear your browser's site data, or look up a different summoner. We have no access to it and keep no copy.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we do not store the data you submit, there is generally no record on our side to access, correct, or delete — but you may still contact us with any request at sirtristanus@gmail.com. You can erase the lookup saved in your browser at any time by signing out or clearing your browser's site data.
Note that match history, ranked standing, and Riot IDs are public game data controlled by Riot Games. To exercise rights over the game data itself, you should contact Riot Games directly.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 15 and we do not knowingly process their personal data.
